Supports the Organization by applying Robert’s Rules of Order during meetings, providing guidance on procedural questions, and helping ensure meetings run smoothly and fairly. 

Sergeant at Arms (Vacant)  

Maintains order during meetings, assists committees as appointed by the President, and manages meeting setup and breakdown to ensure a smooth and organized environment.

Chaplain (Vacant) 

Provides supportive, non‑sectarian reflections at meetings, offers general guidance when needed, and assists with closing the meeting with the Police Officer’s Blessing.
